Despite being known for controversy, and recently facing multiple charges of fraud, Donald Trump seems to have won the hearts of several United States citizens and might retain his presidential position in 2024. According to New York’s attorney general, Letitia James Mr. Trump and his family business lied to lenders and insurers about the value of their properties in order to secure more favorable terms.

During his term in office in 2017, in his first week, he signed six executive orders that authorized: interim procedures in anticipation of repealing the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”), withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership negotiations, reinstatement of the Mexico City policy, advancement of the Keystone XL and Dakota Access Pipeline construction projects, reinforcement of border security, and a planning and design process to construct a wall along the U.S. border with Mexico.

In 2024 Donald Trump is set to run as a Republican candidate, and he is the favourite to win, while the current president Joe Biden is the favourite Democratic candidate to win. Another prominent outstanding name on the list is Michelle Obama, the former presidents’ wife is an influential figure not just in the United State, but around the globe. The former first lady is not new in the government space as she held the public sector position in the Chicago city government as an Assistant to the Mayor, and as Assistant Commissioner of Planning and Development in 1991.
