This is going to be a great series between the ALC and the NLC. Dusty Baker trusts Justin Verlander the most out of all his pitchers and it’s no surprise he starts the first leg. But post-season Justin has not been as good as regular season Justin. In the game against the Mariners, he allowed 10 hits in only 4 innings pitched but against the Yankees he did better allowing one run and 3 hits. But what we have to take into consideration is that the Phillies have a much better offence than the Yankees and if the Yankees were hitting the ball better then the over would’ve come twice in 2 appearances for Justin.

Aaron Nola will be starting for the Phillies and he allowed 2 home runs against the Padres. Bryce Harper and Jordan Alvarez are both having an excellent post-season and one of them could be the finals MVP here. My bet here is the over and the second bet would be for Phillie’s spread.
