Another bumper midweek of DSTV Premiership action with most of the big names in action including Supersport United, Kaizer Chiefs and Cape Town City. We’ve created a lovely multi for the week’s matches.

17:00 – Marumo Gallants v Orlando Pirates

A red card for Nyauza cost Pirates in their DSTV Opener where they drew 2-2 with Stellenbosch. Against PSL new boys Marumo Gallants, they’ll see a big opportunity to get their first win of the season. Gallants were beaten 2-0 by Baroka in their season opener, Pirates should take this one.

17:00 – Chippa United v Mamelodi Sundowns

Sundowns take on Gavin Hunt’s Chippa United in Gqeberha after both sides won their first match of the season 1-0. With the class and squad depth of Sundowns, it is hard to see them not picking up three points here.

17:00 – Supersport Utd v Golden Arrows

Golden Arrows will fancy their chances against a lacklustre Supersport. Arrows won their first league match while Supersport played a goalless draw. I can see Arrows winning this but I would rather stick with a low-scoring match.

17:00 – Kaizer Chiefs v Baroka

Baroka are flying high after their 3-0 win over the weekend while Chiefs had to settle for a disappointing 0-0 draw in their season opener. Match result is tough to call but again I fancy a low-scoring match in this one.
