Pep Guardiola’s side are a regular feature in this match due to their incredible success in recent years and will appear for the sixth time in the last ten years. While for Leicester, it is only their third appearance in their entire history.

Apart from the injured players, the Foxes have the majority of their squad back in training, including key players, Youri Tielemans and Jamie Vardy.

Manchester City will be without England international Phil Foden through injury. While there are doubts over the availability of players who were involved in the latter stages of Euro 2020 like Aymeric Laporte, Rodri, John Stones and Raheem Sterling. Ederson Moraes and Gabriel Jesus are doubts as well after their involvement in the Copa America. City will still have some big names available like Riyad Mahrez, Ilkay Gundogan and Ruben Dias, to name a few.
