Friday International Football – Treble at 4.30 & Value Bets – Messi’s Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia and Japan are part of Friday treble.

International Soccer Predictions Odds Stats and Betting Tips

International breaks are never pleasant to any football lover across the world. However, if a winning bet slip can be produced during club football’s final interval of the year, then all can be forgiven. With the best players in the world on showcase during the FIFA break, we once again take a look at matches to punt on, while also looking for value in each fixture.

02:00 – Argentina v Paraguay

One of the most feared countries in football, Argentina, will be hoping to go one step closer in qualifying for the 2022 FIFA World Cup when they lock horns with Paraguay. The hosts are second on the log standings, behind Brazil, and are one of only two teams in the CONMEBOL division to have won both of their opening two matches. Lionel Messi, Angel Di Maria and Lautaro Martinez will be the main attacking goal threat, while Emi Martinez offers something new to Argentina in between the sticks.

Suggested Bet: Argentina to win at 1.32

Value Bet: Argentina to win to zero at 2.00

16:15 – Japan v Panama

Although Panama are on a three-match winning streak, Japan are definitely the favourites in this one. The two nations met once two years ago with Japan running out 2-0 winners. Panama are a decent side but struggle against the ‘bigger ‘nations and Japan’s technical superiority should see them run out winners.

Suggested Bet: Japan to win at 1.62

Value Bet: Japan (-1) handicap at 2.65

22:30 – Colombia v Uruguay

Friday night’s CONMEBOL World Cup qualifier between Colombia and Uruguay promises to be one of the most exciting ties in the build-up to this weekend’s football. For years, both countries have been trying to break the top two of Brazil and Argentina in South America. Now, Uruguay have done that and are currently ranked seventh in the world, one spot above Argentina. Colombia are in the top 10 in the FIFA rankings and find themselves fourth in the CONMEBOL rankings. Despite being ranked lower than their opponents, Colombia could argue that they play the second-best brand of football in the continent – only behind Brazil.

Suggested Bet: BTTS at 2.00

Value Bet: Draw at 3.45
