After completing his blockbuster move from Juventus at the end of August, supporters have been trying to work out when the Portuguese will make his second debut for the Red Devils.
Cristiano Ronaldo is likely to make his second debut in United’s fourth game of the season against Newcastle United this weekend. In case Solskjaer decides against it, Ronaldo can make his full debut in United’s UEFA Champions League opener against Young Boys on Tuesday.
Ronaldo’s return to Old Trafford, coupled with the arrival of Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund this summer, as well as Edinson Cavani signing a one-year contract extension, means Solskjaer now has a lot of options to choose from in attacking areas.
