The potential linkup with the likes of Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood, Bruno Fernandes, Mason Greenwood and Anthony Martial does excite many United fans and neutrals. Lastly, they’ve beefed up the defence acquisition of Raphael Varane, the 28-year-old Frenchman has tons of experience and trophies after his impressive spell at Real Madrid.

At least one trophy and in the top two of the Premier League would be the minimum requirement for Solskjaer.
