Belarus Cup Semi-Finals

17:00 – Shakhtyor Soligorsk (1.90) v Dinamo Brest (4.00)

Shakhtyor Soligorsk and Dinamo Brest clash for the fourth time this season in this Belarusian Cup semi-final second leg. After a couple of 2-0 defeats in the Super Cup and the recent league match, Soligorsk exacted their revenge with their own 2-0 success in the first-leg of this semi. Perhaps notably, Soligorsk disposed of Brest on penalties en-route to lifting the trophy last term.

Soligorsk are one of just three sides yet to register a league win at home (D1, L2) this season. With 24 yellow cards (and a red) seen across their last 4 home games, with at least two cards per side in each match.

Defending league champions Brest have won just 2 of their opening 6 matches and conceded the opener in all but 1 (W2, D1, L3). A loss to Vitebsk in the league ended a 20-match unbeaten run in away games for Brest (W16, D4 in 90 min). However, any confidence here might be muted, as they haven’t won at Soligorsk in any competition since 2014 (D3, L4 since).

Best Bet: BTTS and over 2.5 goals at 1.70

19:00 – BATE Borisov (1.29) v Slavia Mozyr (9.50)

BATE Borisov enter this semi-final second leg having lost just 1 of their last 21 home fixtures (W16, D4), leading at half-time in 68.75% of the wins. BATe are also trailing 1-0 from the first leg. Also, the last time they conceded a goal against Slavia Mozyr at home was back in 2013.

Being 1-0, netting first could also be decisive, as each of BATE’s last 5 games (home/away) have witnessed at least one side fail to score.

Visitors Slavia Mozyr travel here hoping to turn their fortunes around after falling to defeat in their last 2 fixtures. They have failed to score scored in just 1 of their last 12 matches. Slavia have also beaten BATE in their last 2 head to heads, albeit at home.

4 of their last 5 away matches have seen both sides scoring and over 2.5 goals (W2, L3).

Best Bet: BATE win and over 2.5 goals at 2.15
