Dortmund’s superb home form will be put to the test when they welcome Eintracht Frankfurt to the Signal Iduna Park this Friday. The Black and Yellows are unbeaten on their turf, winning seven of their 10 games played at home. Frankfurt, on the other hand, have lost seven of their away trips in the German Bundesliga. No team has scored more goals at home than Dortmund.

Jose Mourinho’s desperation for a trophy could also play a huge factor in this tie as Spurs host, RB Leipzig, a few days after this tie in the UEFA Champions League. Aston Villa have shown that they’re capable of causing an upset this season.

The visitors are winless in four league matches but will take some positives after knocking Cape Town City out of the Nedbank Cup. Swallows are on a superb run of form, though, winning six of their last seven ties.

One of Al Ahly’s catch-up games sees them host El Masry this Friday night. Despite having three games in hand, the Egyptian powerhouses boast a commanding 10-point lead at the top of the table. They’ve won all 14 of their league games, scoring a massive 40 goals, whilst only conceding three times. El Masry have won just one of their last five encounters, which wouldn’t give them much hope against the log-leaders.
