These two sides have similar records at the Africa Cup of Nations, having each progressed from their respective groups in second place.

Their last meeting, back in 2007, was a 2-2 draw. Although much has changed in the world of football since then, they are still relatively evenly matched. This game is likely to be decided in extra time or penalties.

First-choice goalkeeper Salim Ben Boina is out injured, while backup options Moyadh Ousseini and Ali Ahamada will be missing the match due to positive COVID-19 tests.

Comoros scraped through their group at the expense of an abysmal Ghana side, but they are likely to come up well short against a Cameroon side that was the top-scoring team in the group stage and shows no sign of letting up.
