Africa Cup of Nations action continues on Tuesday as Ghana and Senegal look to wrap up their spots in the last 16 while Morocco seek to secure top spot in their group.

Senegal have struggled to score goals at the Africa Cup of Nations so far, but they are still well-placed to advance with four points from two games and no goals conceded.

The tournament favourites are likely to get stronger as the competition progresses and this match against a side that sits 109 places below them in the FIFA World Rankings is the perfect opportunity.

Zimbabwe v Guinea

Guinea and Zimbabwe both have strong sides on paper, but Guinea have been the better of the two at the Africa Cup of Nations tournament so far, drawing with Senegal and beating Malawi.

Guinea have a chance of finishing in top spot in Group B, so there is every incentive for them to go for all three points. Against a wounded Warriors side smarting from successive defeats, they are likely to come away with the win.

Gabon v Morocco

In their 1-1 draw with Ghana, Gabon did well to cope with the loss of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, whose medical health is of concern following cardiac lesions being discovered in the wake of a positive COVID-19 test.

However, against one of the best teams at the Africa Cup of Nations, they are likely to fold. Morocco have so far beaten Ghana and Comoros without conceding a single goal and should be expected to dispose of Gabon in similar fashion.

Ghana v Comoros

Ghana’s form may have been somewhat shaky in recent months, but they still boast a solid defence. The Black Stars conceded only three goals in their World Cup Qualifying group, though their lack of firepower up front is cause for concern.

Now is not the best time to back a Ghana win after their draw with Gabon and defeat to Morocco. However, it is reasonable to predict that there will not be too many goals in this game, particularly as neither of these two teams have seen three or more in any of their AFCON games so far.
