10 Matches To Bet On This Weekend – Best Bets and Value Bet

10 Matches To Bet On This Weekend. Matches from the Premier League, Serie A, bundesliga, Ligue 1 and DSTV Premiership for your betslips.

EPL, Serie A, Bundesliga Best Bet and Value Bets

Our attention turns to the biggest leagues in world football as we prepare to tackle four of Europe’s top five divisions head on in the hope of getting the job done over the bookmakers this weekend. With football proving to be one of the toughest sports to predict, we’ve opted to 10 for our best bets across Europe’s biggest leagues, while we also cannot leave our beloved homeland out of the mix. So, without further ado, let’s mark that bet slip!

Wolves v West Brom (Saturday)

Sam Allardyce’s impressive record of never being relegated from the English Premier League is in huge jeopardy after the 66-year-old joined West Brom earlier this term. The Baggies are winless in their last seven matches, losing five times in that run. Their last two league results were 5-0 and 4-0 defeats to Leeds and Arsenal respectively. Wolves haven’t been in the greatest of form, but because they’re hosting the 19th best team in the league, they should fancy their chances.

Suggested Bet: Wolves to win at 1.55

Value Bet: Wolves -1 handicap at 2.65

Leeds v Brighton (Saturday)

The patriotism in me believes you cannot ignore the opportunity to include Brighton in all your weekend accumulators after it was confirmed earlier this month that Percy Tau will be plying his trade in the Premier League at Brighton. The Lion of Judah will be hoping to turn the Seagulls’ season around after a run of eight games without victory at the time of writing, but know that Leeds will be no pushovers despite losing their last two games 3-0 across all competitions. Marcelo Bielsa’s team guarantee entertainment, scoring 30 times, whilst they have also shipped in a total of 33 goals.

Suggested Bet: Over 2.5 goals at 1.60

Value Bet: Draw at 3.65

Sassuolo v Parma (Sunday)

Sassuolo have gone about their business quietly in the Italian Serie A and even though they’ve lost four times this season, all of their defeats came against the two Milan clubs, Atalanta and most recently, Juventus, who many would consider to be the four best teams in the country. Sassuolo have put the rest of the clubs in Serie A to the sword and will be looking to pile further misery on Parma. The visitors are second from the bottom and have lost five matches in a row.

Suggested Bet: Sassuolo to win at 1.66

Value Bet: Sassuolo to win to zero at 3.00

Atalanta v Genoa (Sunday)

After a poor start to their season, Atalanta have now picked up their form as we approach the second half of the campaign. The hosts are on a seven-game unbeaten streak with five wins to their name in that period. Genoa have won just one of their eight away ties this season and have scored five times on the road – less than any other team in the Italian Serie A.

Suggested Bet: Atalanta to score in both halves at 1.74

Value Bet: Atalanta to win both halves at 2.45

Dortmund v Mainz (Saturday)

Dortmund look to be picking up form at the right time after claiming back-to-back victories in the German Bundesliga, beating Wolfsburg and RB Leipzig. Much of Dortmund’s spirited resurgence in recent weeks is down to the return of Erling Haaland, who has brought out the best in some of his teammates as well, particularly Jadon Sancho. Mainz are stone last in the league and have lost five of their last six matches, including the last three on the bounce.

Suggested Bet: Dortmund -1 handicap at 1.52

Value Bet: Dortmund win and over 3.5 goals at 2.15

Eintracht Frankfurt v FC Schalke 04 (Sunday)

Eintracht Frankfurt are in blistering form at the moment, enduring a four-game unbeaten run in the German Bundesliga, winning their last three encounters in succession. They’re also one of three teams in the league who are yet to lose a match on home soil this season. FC Schalke are the only team in the division who haven’t claimed their first away win of the campaign, while they have also let in 26 goals on the road – more than any team in the Bundesliga.

Suggested Bet: Eintracht Frankfurt to win at 1.47

Value Bet: Eintracht Frankfurt to win and BTTS at 2.50

Marseille v Nimes (Saturday)

Marseille will be hoping to continue their impressive home record when they take on the bottom placed team in the French Ligue 1, Nimes. The hosts have suffered just one defeat on home soil, and have done fairly well this term, considering they’re eight points off the top of the standings with two games in hand. Nimes are winless in their last eight matches, losing seven times in that spell. In all honesty, if Marseille fail to win this game, it might be one of the biggest upsets to happen in recent years.

Suggested Bet: Marseille to win

Value Bet: Marseille to win to zero

Lyon v Metz (Sunday)

Lyon looked to have picked up where they left off in lockdown after reaching the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League last season as Rudi Garcia’s side sit atop the standings in the French Ligue 1, ahead of Paris Saint-Germain. More impressively, Lyon are also the only team in the league who are unbeaten on their turf. Metz are on a three-game winless run at the moment, scoring just once in that run of fixtures. The visitors have scored and conceded eight apiece on the road, so perhaps they could do enough to keep this tie low scoring.

Suggested Bet: Lyon to win at 1.28

Value Bet: Lyon to win and under 2.5 goals at 3.25

Golden Arrows v Tshakhuma TM (Saturday)

Golden Arrows have gone about their business quietly this season and look to be firm favourites against most teams they come up against recently. This weekend, Arrows host a Tshakhuma side who are without a win in each of their last five DStv Premiership matches. The hosts, on the other hand, are still unbeaten in the league and boast the record of having the third best defensive record this term.

Suggested Bet: Golden Arrows to win at 1.95

Value Bet: Golden Arrows to win to zero

Baroka FC v Swallows FC (Saturday)

No team has overachieved like Swallows in the DStv Premiership this season. They’ve got the perfect balance between youth and experience, while their brand of football has been second to none so far. Swallows are just two points off Mamelodi Sundowns in top spot and like the log leaders, Brandon Truter’s side remain unbeaten. Baroka’s last four games have shown relegation form with the Limpopo-based side without a win in that run, losing three times. This really should be as comfortable as the form suggests for Swallows.

Suggested Bet: Swallows to win at 2.45

Value Bet: Swallows to score over 1.5 goals at 2.50
