It’s that time of the week again where we bring you 10 of our best bets and value picks from Europe’s major football leagues. Loads of matches to look forward to, lots of money to be made.

There are plenty of exciting matches around Europe to enjoy this weekend, and as usual, we bring you 10 best bets and value picks from Europe’s biggest leagues.

Man Utd v Southampton (Saturday)

Manchester United will be seeking to put their campaign back on track as they host Southampton in the Premier League on Saturday. Ralf Rangnick’s side was dumped out of the FA Cup by lower-league Middlesbrough and was held to a 1-1 draw at bottom side Burnley last time out. Southampton, meanwhile, has punched above their weight, picking up draws against Tottenham and Manchester City.

They also earned a draw in the reverse fixture against United at St Mary’s.

Suggested Bet: Both teams to score

Value Bet: Draw

Burnley v Liverpool (Sunday)

Liverpool travels to Turf Moor to face Burnley in the Premier League on Sunday. The Clarets lie rock-bottom of the division with just one win so far. The Reds meanwhile are on a roll having won their last four matches in all competitions, while they occupy second place in the league standings. After upsetting Man United in midweek, Sean Dyche’s men look to upset the apple cart once more, with last season’s stunning 3-0 win over the Merseysiders still fresh in their minds.

Suggested Bet: Liverpool to win

Value Bet: Liverpool -1handicap

Atletico Madrid v Getafe (Saturday)

Atletico Madrid will look to get their season back on track when they face Getafe at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium on Saturday. Diego Simeone’s side has been a shadow of the team that won La Liga last season, 17 points off the pace in the league and out of La Liga’s top four. They are in dire need of a win to lift the mood at the club and will be confident of securing three points against a Getafe side who last beat them 12 years ago.

Suggested Bet: Atletico Madrid to win

Value Bet: Atletico Madrid to win and both teams to score

Levante v Real Betis (Sunday)

Third-placed Real Betis will look to get back to winning ways in La Liga when they travel to Valencia to take on Levante on Sunday. Manuel Pellegrini’s side slumped to a 2-0 home defeat to Villarreal in their last league game. Before that loss, Betis recorded back-to-back wins over Alaves and Espanyol, winning 4-0 and 4-1 respectively. Levante, on the other hand, lies at rock bottom of the table and have lost five of their last six matches.

Suggested Bet: Real Betis to win

Value Bet: Real Betis -1handicap

Eintracht Frankfurt v Wolfsburg (Saturday)

Following a horrid 10-game winless spell in the Bundesliga which included two draws and eight defeats, Wolfsburg broke their duck and claimed maximum points over basement dwellers Greuther Furth last Sunday. Eintracht Frankfurt comes into the clash of a 3-2 win over Stuttgart thanks to an Ajdin Hrustic brace. The Eagles are searching for their first home win of 2022 after suffering back-to-back losses to Borussia Dortmund and Arminia Bielefeld at Deutsche Bank Park. Before that, they had won three in a row on home soil.

Suggested Bet: Both teams to score

Value Bet: Eintracht Frankfurt to win and both teams to score

Bayer Leverkusen v Stuttgart (Saturday)

Bayer Leverkusen made a statement of intent by humbling Borussia Dortmund 5-2 at Signal-Iduna-Park, closing the gap between themselves and second-placed Dortmund to five points. The hosts have scored 14 goals after the short winter break, winning three consecutive games against Borussia Monchengladbach, Augsburg, and Dortmund. Meanwhile, Stuttgart is winless in six Bundesliga games which includes five defeats, and saw the visitors fail to score in five of their last six games as well.

Suggested Bet: Bayer Leverkusen to win

Value Bet: Bayer Leverkusen to win to zero

Napoli v Inter Milan (Saturday)

Log leaders and defending champions, Inter Milan, make the trip to the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona to lock horns with second-placed Napoli, and seeing as there’s just a single point separating the sides, we’re in for a slobber knocker. Napoli shared the spoils away at Juventus in a 1-1 draw before winning their last four Serie A games, while Inter Milan have had an eventful week which has seen the visitors suffer a 2-1 loss to arch-rivals AC Milan last weekend in the league but go on to knock Roma out of the Coppa Italia in midweek action.

Suggested Bet: Both teams to score

Value Bet: Inter Milan to win and both teams to score

AC Milan v Sampdoria (Sunday)

AC Milan entertains struggling Sampdoria after Olivier Giroud inspired the Rossoneri to victory over pace-setters and current champions Inter Milan. Meanwhile, Sampdoria is precariously hovering above the relegation zone, just five points from safety. Following four losses in a row, the visitors managed to collect maximum points for the first time in 2022, over Sassuolo. However, with the gulf in class, AC Milan is expected to close the gap on Inter Milan and Napoli who square off against each other on Saturday.

Suggested Bet: AC Milan to win

Value bet: AC Milan to win and over 2.5 goals

Lyon v Nice (Saturday)

Lyon’s seven-game unbeaten streak in Ligue 1 came to an end as Monaco flexed their muscles in a 2-0 win to leapfrog them in the log standings. However, the shock result of last weekend was Nice losing 1-0 at home to newly-promoted Clermont, after previously registering five straight wins in the league. With both teams desperately looking to return to winning ways, there are goals on the cards, especially since the last six matches between these sides have seen over 2.5 goals scored on each occasion, with 24 goals scored in total.

Suggested Bet: Both teams to score

Value Bet: Over 3.5 goals

Metz v Marseille (Sunday)

Marseille is back in Ligue 1 action on Sunday as Jorge Sampaoli’s side travel to the Saint Symphorien stadium to take on Metz. Marseille is second on the league standings while Metz is languishing beneath the dreaded dotted line of relegation. The Maroons have the worst home record in the French top flight, with just one win and six defeats in 11 games. The Olympians, on the other hand, have won five of their last six away matches.

Suggested Bet: Marseille to win

Value Bet: Marseille to win to zero
