According to New York’s attorney general, Letitia James Mr. Trump and his family business lied to lenders and insurers about the value of their properties in order to secure more favorable terms.
During his term in office in 2017, in his first week, he signed six executive orders that authorized: interim procedures in anticipation of repealing the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”), withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership negotiations, reinstatement of the Mexico City policy, advancement of the Keystone XL and Dakota Access Pipeline construction projects, reinforcement of border security, and a planning and design process to construct a wall along the U.S. border with Mexico.
