The team at Bet Central and watched a lot of sport this weekend so check out our list of things we loved from the sporting weekend.
Brad Binder
We would have dedicated the entire article to Brad Binder if we could but let’s start the piece with him. Binder made history in MotoGP and for South Africa after his historic win at the Czech Republic GP.
Also, his odds to win were 50/1. Pays to be patriotic sometimes.

Max does not want to drive like a grannie
Verstappen romped to a memorable victory at Silverston beating the Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas. The win ended four consecutive wins for the Mercedes but the moment of the weekend has to be Verstappen’s great radio audio.

Lyon giant killing
It might have been on away goals but Lyon pulled off a massive upset by knocking out Juventus and Cristiano Ronaldo – in the process, they also sealed the fate of Maurizo Sarri who was relieved of his duties as the manager of the Old Lady.
