The team with the worst bullpen comes to Fenway Park and I have to take Boston to win this one. The Athletics have the worst bullpen in the league. They sit last with an ERA of 5.95 and a WHIP of 1.55.

Luis Medina will be on the mound for Oakland and he earned his first win as a starter when he played against the White Sox, but that was against the White Sox, a team below 500. Medina is 2-7 for the season with an ERA of 6.37. Don’t overthink this one, Boston should win comfortably.

08 July 00:40 Tampa Bay Rays v Atlanta Braves

This is going to be a good game between the team that is first in the AL and the team that is first in the National League, and I am riding with the Braves here. Atlanta have been the better team this season and they are better than the Rays in the majority of statistical categories. Tampa is only better than the Braves at one thing and that is stealing bases, but here we know that Atlanta have one of the best bullpens in the league, having an ERA of 3.63 which is 3rd best. 

Tyler Glasnow will be starting for the Rays and in his last start he allowed 7 hits in 5.2 innings pitched, giving up 3 runs. Now the Braves are starting a more confident pitcher who shut out the Miami Marlins in his last start which ended in a 7-0 win for Atlanta. 

The Braves don’t have the home-ground advantage so they are underdogs. Give them the spread here, the Rays haven’t won a game in 5.

The Rockies have plans to not finish as the worst team in the National League while the Giants are trying to make the playoffs this season. The Rockies haven’t won an away game in their previous 10 attempts, and after this, it will be 11 straight away losses. 

These two have already played each other this season and the Giants swept them at the Coors field. The pitchers haven’t been confirmed for this game but that won’t matter much for Colorado, bet on the Giants.
