Daily Horse Racing Tips – 18 March 2020
Horse racing remains the last bastion of live sport in South Africa so we’ve decided that we must keep you informed with some handy tips from Greyville today.
An interesting little card of racing this Wednesday from the Greyville Polytrack with eight races carded. The first horse that could is worth mentioning is in Race 1, Flying Peter, for the Dean Kannemeyer yard with Keagan De Melo aboard, both the trainer and jockey have the most wins at the Greyville poly this season.
The racing experience of Flying Peter could give him the edge against his rivals, which should mainly come from the first-timers. He finished strongly the last time over 1000m and the extra 200m should suit him nicely today.
Suggested BET: Race 1 – Flying Peter 18/10Another horse worth looking at today is Rachel in Race 6, Championship leading jockey Warren Kennedy makes it a family affair taking the ride for his wife and brother in law in the newly formed partnership of stable Badenhorst/Kennedy. This horse was very unlucky not to win last time out and this could be the best bet on the card, as we have seen this stable are now getting their horses to run well above their ability in the last few of weeks.
Suggested BET: Race 6 – Rachel 14/10
