In the PGA Tour, After an epic ending to the U.S. Open last weekend at Brookline – coupled with the endless drama of player defections to LIV Golf – the PGA Tour continues with the Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands on Thursday. It’s a stacked field headlined by de-facto PGA Tour leader Rory McIlroy and world number one Scottie Scheffler.

In the DP World Tour, the in-form American Billy Horschel is the big favourite at the BMW International Open at Golfclub München Eichenried, fresh from his victory in The Memorial at Muirfield Village a few weeks back. The field also includes Martin Kaymer, Sergio Garcia, Louis Oosthuizen, Laurie Canter, Bernd Wiesberger and several others who played in the LIV Invitational at Centurion Golf Club. However, Horschel will fancy his chances in this DP World Tour event.

Also good to know regarding LIV Golf, the members of the PGA Tour have been suspended, however, the DP World Tour has taken no action against them and they are free to compete in Germany.
