Brazilian Grand Prix Preview

Cape Town E-Prix is set to inspire and engage attendees in Cape Town, South Africa, it’s the first Formula E race held in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Cape Town E-Prix, the highly-anticipated motorsport event, is set to take place on 25 February 2023 at Waterfront district, near Signal Hill and will also rave through some of the city’s most iconic beachfront locations as well as around the beautiful Cape Town Stadium. Formula E is the highest level of racing for single-seater electric cars and is sanctioned by the FIA (Federation Internationale de l’Automobile). The sport is at the cutting edge of electric car technology and a testing ground for the biggest manufacturers in the world.

Attendees will have an experience of a lifetime, from entertainment (performances from the likes of Dj Zinhle), hospitality (Allianz Fan Village), and the main event. They will get a chance to see the top drivers live, such as Jake Dennis, Pascal Wehrlein, and South African Kelvin van der Linde.

Bet.co.za has released their betting odds for the event, with Jake Dennis and Pascal Wehrlein both tied as favourites to win the race according to Bet.co.za. Both drivers have betting odds of 3.25, which means an R100 bet placed on either Jake Dennis or Pascal Wehrlien could pay out R325 if they win. South Africa’s own Kelvin van der Linde will be flying the South African flag high as he replaces Robin Frijns at 126.00 odds. The full list of betting odds is below:
