West Indies v South Africa Third T20I: 3 Bets to Take

West Indies v South Africa Third T20I: 3 Bets to Take -The West Indies take on South Africa in the third T20I looking to bounce back after the Proteas levelled the series at one apiece in the previous match

West Indies South Africa Betting

The West Indies take on South Africa in the third T20I looking to bounce back after the Proteas levelled the series at one apiece in the previous match. The Proteas earned their first T20I victory under new white-ball captain Temba Bavuma and successfully defended a score of under 170 for just the third time since 2016.

We’ve put together three bets to take for the third T20I in Grenada.

South Africa to Win

Temba Bavuma’s men put in a valiant effort in the second T20I to level the series at 1-1. After posting another score of below 170, the Proteas’ bowlers and fielders came to the rescue with a wonderful performance on the field. Despite Kagiso Rabada taking three wickets, South Africa had their spinners to thank for the victory in George Linde and Tabraiz Shamsi after Linde’s MOTM performance of 2/19 in his four overs.

South Africa will need to improve significantly on their middle over batting if they are to beat a good West Indies side but could also rely on another brilliant fielding and bowling performance.

Suggested Bet: South Africa to win 2.25

Quinton de Kock

Quinton de Kock has had two good starts in the first two games and will be hoping to capitalise on his starts in this match to help his team post or chase down a score set by the West Indies. He is coming off a fantastic Test series where he looked like the de Kock of old without the added pressure of being captain. A player of his quality will be hoping for at least one match-winning innings in this series and I wouldn’t put it past him to produce the goods tonight

Suggested Bet: de Kock to be the Proteas’ top batsman 3.25

Value Bet: de Kock to be MOTM 8.00

West Indies to hit the Most Sixes

Kieran Pollard’s men have some of the most destructive T20 batsmen in the world in himself, Chris Gayle and Andre Russel who can all hit big sixes. Fabian Allen also showed us that he could hit a long ball with his five sixes in the previous match. It is no surprise that the West Indies have hit more maximums than South Africa with 23 sixes compared to the Proteas’ 9 in the first two T20Is. They’ve also amassed the most sixes in 11 of their last 12 completed T20Is

Suggested Bet: West Indies to hit the most sixes 1.28
