21 Jan 02:00 Orlando Magic v New Orleans Pelicans
Orlando is a good underdog to put your money on and considering they are at home, I’m backing them. The Pelicans have lost their last two and this is because they haven’t been attacking the paint that well.
Now the Magic really attack the paint and apply pressure. In their last encounter, the Magic beat the Pelicans and Orlando was a big underdog with odds of 4. If the Pelicans were fully fit then I could back them but take the underdog here.
21 Jan 04:00 Denver Nuggets v Indiana Pacers
The Nuggets are one of the best teams in the league, now when playing at home very few can get a win at the Ball arena. The Nuggets have won 15 straight games at home and will win this one. The Pacers remain without Tyrese and they are currently on a 5-game losing streak, even as underdogs don’t take them here.
The spread line is set really high but the Nuggets are winning with a big margin here. They’ll remain on top of the West while the Pacers will fall below 500.
21 Jan 04:00 Utah Jazz v Brooklyn Nets
The Brooklyn Nets are struggling right now and that is because they are without their star player, Kevin Durant. Kevin Durant got injured when the Nets played Miami and ever since then, Brooklyn has lost all their games. They are losing to teams under 500, the only thing that would make me back the Nets is if KD returns but he won’t for this game, and Brooklyn will face their second defeat in as many games.
21 Jan 05:00 LA Lakers v Memphis Grizzlies
Memphis has won 11 games in a row while the Lakers have one win in 5. The last time the Lakers beat the Grizzlies, Anthony Davis played that game. They could use him for this game but unfortunately, that won’t happen, due to his injury. The Grizzlies are in red-hot form and have not only been winning but covering the spread too. Take Memphis to make it 12 wins in a row here.
