There are four new managers ahead of 2021/22 Premier League season, one is no stranger to the league while the other three are relatively new.
Patrick Vieira, most would know him from Arsenal back in his playing days, he will take reigns from Roy Hodgson at Crystal Palace after spells with New York City in the MLS and then Nic back home in France. His first assignment is going to be a tough one seeing him facing Chelsea away.
It will be no different for Bruno Lage who faces Leicester City on his opening game, taking over from his Portuguese fellow countryman Nuno Espirito Santo at Wolverhampton Wanderers after time with Portugues giants Benfica.
The other two managers are not so new in English football as they guided their teams for promotion in the Championship. First is Thomas Frank of Brentford, his side will kickoff the season at home on Friday against Arsenal, making him just the second Danish international to manage in the Premier League. Secondly, there is Xisco Munoz of Watford, who will be welcomed by Aston Villa on Saturday.
